10: When you make a payment through our app using PhonePe or any other payment gateway, we may collect and store certain transaction information, including:

Please note that we do not store your complete payment information, such as credit card numbers or sensitive financial data. The payment processing is handled by a secure third-party payment gateway (e.g., PhonePe), and your financial information is subject to their privacy policy and security measures.              

   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in J&K.
